It was late August when I arrived in Toronto. When I left Sweden it was after a month long rainy period. In Toronto it was sunny and humid and continued to be like that for most of the past 4 weeks. It felt like my second chance to experience summer.
Weather aside, I joined my placement colleagues one week after my arrival.
